    1:1 with Coach Jen includes:
  • Daily video check-ins with Coach Jen
  • Menu Troubleshooting
  • Coach Jen will respond to your video questions and you can show your meals for portion size checks and more! You can send up to 4 video messages per day!

Please watch your email inbox for your link to join Bootcamp. You'll receive your link to join by midnight the night before Bootcamp begins (you can find all of the dates and info you need at thewellplannedkitchen.com/bootcamp).

If you don't see your link to join by midnight, and you don't see it in your spam folder, please email coaching@thewellplannedkitchen.com with "Bootcamp" in the subject line.

Step 4 (if needed)

If you registered for 1:1 with Coach Jen, please email coaching@thewellplannedkitchen with "1:1" in the subject line so we can schedule our first video messages.
